Willow is a small, carefully made app. If something is wrong, email support@willowforhome.com and a human will reply.

Common questions

Pairing needs both phones. Adding a contact requires both iPhones open to the Add screen, physically together. iPhone 11 or newer is required for precise nearby pairing.

New phone? Your keys move with an encrypted device transfer or backup restore. Without a backup, pair again in person.

Blocking and reporting. Block or report any contact from their screen. Blocking severs the pair immediately, and blocked people cannot re-pair with you. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours.

Account deletion is in the app: Account → Delete account.
